You will definitely find everything you are after but it’s very dirty and you will sneeze like crazy from all the dust. There are items all over the floor so it isn’t a pleasant shopping experience. but again, it’s huge and it feels like an eBay warehouse. If you need something quickly, you will get it there. Good for gathering ideas. Cheap- ish but you will definitely find cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend it for balloons or helium (just get a tank from Kmart or reject shop)

The variety of products here is amazing, so much it can be a little overwhelming! The customer service is an friendly as a catfish so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and hunt yourself.
Best leave the pram at home - it doesn't fit down most of the cramped aisles.

They have EVERYTHING here. I grabbed items to put together this year's Halloween costume and found so much more! A staff member told me that they were short with their selection this year. I was very surprised to hear this as they had so much available. Definitely recommend them for any occasion- costume related or not. So much to explore- will be back for sure!

I made an online purchase yesterday and followed it up with some telephone queries - I spoke with a gentleman named Christian who was fantastic, an asset to the business - highly recommended party and costume shop.

Outstanding. Think of something you've never thought of and you'll find it here. Must be an hectare of floor space. Give yourself a minimum of 1 hour

Good variety. Found lots of we'll priced arts and craft stuff. Also lovely homewares.

Always has everything you need for party, homewares, and all sorts of variety needs. Has dozens of aisles, pretty well laid out. Reasonable prices and great range. Usually there are ample staff around who are available to assist who know where everything would be located in amongst the maze that this place is. Otherwise if you have time go down every aisle you'll find those things you've been meaning to buy for around the house but haven't got around to yet (or didn't even know existed!).

Not always a great deal. The prices of some items are not that low compared to their low quality. The good thing is that the place is huge and they sell everything! So if you explore it properly you can actually find some good deals.

Personally I am very annoyed by the dust! Some items are literally covered in dust and it makes them impossible to touch, so I end up not buying them.

I still don't understand the people working in there. I had a great costumer service once from a man who was more than adorable with me and my partner: we realize to be short of a couple of dollars and he immediately gave us a discount considering the amount of items we were about to buy.

The girls are usually not very friendly, not a smile on their faces, and some of them seem to be seriously upset by the presence of the customers. But maybe it's my personal impression.

Good place to buy all the bells and whistles for a party.

Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing, and the opposite of cheap.
I was here last week getting some party items, and everything I wanted was low in stock, yet I (stupidly) went ahead and purchased them with hopes of finding the same products elsewhere to match. This was after reading their return policy which does not say exchanges and refunds are not allowed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the same items and complete my list so I went back the very next day with hopes of returning what I had bought.
The lady at the cashier was unbelievably rude, major attitude and had no interest in dealing with me. While their policy states - it's their choice whether to refund or exchange, it might as well say strictly NO refunds or returns whatsoever. At least that's the way this lady rudely explained it to me. I even asked for store credit to come back later, but this lady strictly refused without any empathy at all. It was a - buy something right now or you're not getting your money back attitude.
Luckily a very kind customer offered to give me her items as my "exchange purchase" and gave me the money for it.
Will never return even if my life depended on it.
