Great German food! Good beer, could be a slightly bigger selection for beers.

The greatest night out under the stars enjoying a steak and a few beers with the right company.Fantastic atmosphere and setting.A venue NOT TO BE MISSED!

Was going here for years. What a shame such a great place has deteriorated over last couple of years so badly. Management is desperately cutting costs on wait staff. Not enough waitresses on the floor and not enough barmen at the bar. Lines are huge to order food or drinks. Tables are dirty. Dirty glasses are everywhere. Constantly lacking some food that is on tne menue. It used to be a table service...but not anymore. Poor management. Shame.....

Neat and convenient place. Right by water with great service and excellent food. Foosball table and good music.

We walk down here every weeken,d buy biers and quite often have food. This is a favourite w/e activity of ours.
What is irritating in the extreme is when you order food including a large bowl of fresh chips and they arrive warm & stale. If I order & pay for fresh chips I WANT & EXPECT FRESH CHIPS!
To add insult to injury we took them back & complained expecting that they would be replaced only to discover they were taken away dipped in oil, reheated and browned and then returned. Not good enough BBC!

Had some nice beers there! Just delicious! And at happy hour (5-7pm) they are quite cheap, too! The food is very delicious as well!

The food is really good; chips are very crispy and have tasty seasoning, the burgers and lamb rump were mouth-watering and definitely for a good price. The music is a little loud so the waitress had some trouble hearing us but overall good service from friendly staff. I'd definitely come back here to try their schnitzels and more chips!

Apart from the fact the fact that it took us 10min to get the attention of a waiter to order when it wasn't full (and I'm talking about 10min of waving hands, trying to get eye contact etc.) or experience was good.

Not the best Bavarian food in Sydney (but still good) and also our beers were not really cold only lightly cooled, but the waitress was nice and the setting really beautiful with the fireplace, etc.

But please someone explain me why there is dance music played pretty loud played in a Bavarian restaurant? Maybe that's the crowd they are aiming for but I found a serious misfit.

All in all not a bad experience but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
