So, tonight my partner and I decided to go check out the Burrito Bar at 6:30. Awesome - ordered within a few minutes, got given our drinks, then were left for about 40 minutes. Someone finally came to check and see if we'd ordered - first red flag. It then turned out the order hadn't processed. Minimal apologies, staff just seemed distracted and otherwise unbothered. Paid for our drinks (a princely $6.90 for the opportunity to sit and wait in a crowded store for 38 minutes for nothing) and left. Could have at least comped the Cokes to be honest. Five years of hospitality work, and that's pretty terrible service, guys.

Didn't taste authentic at all, way too much cinnamon in nachos. Didn't think that even was a spice used in nacho's & it wasn't served to us hot was warm. So looked forward to having a meal there to be dissatisfied and disappointed.
