The Cake Merchant

The slowest service ever!!!! Waited half an hour in line and would have waited at least another 20mins if I had not left. People don't have an hour to waste just waiting on a cake which is pre made so I don't understand why the long wait. Won't be back I'll choose elsewhere with quicker service it shouldn't take that long for cake.

I have been buying cakes here for 10 years and my favorite is their Texas mud cake. I also highly recommend their selection of their cheese cakes

Used to good before.Bought a continental one with frozen jam inside and watery profiteroles.
No refund or exchange made my daughters special day miserable.Wont be going here anymore after about 7 years.Lost me,family and friends because they are too tight to exchange or refund and an apology would have been nice!!

Purchased a cheesecake which was frozen solid. Unfortunately I bought it on the way home from work to have as a birthday cake. I was unable to serve it as it crumbled and was not pleasant to eat frozen. I called the store and was advised this is how they are sold.
I suggested that they display that it is sold as a Frozen product

Best cakes and better prices so low. Everyone should try this place once. Love it.

Amazing cake store/franchise. They have an amazing range of cakes from sponge to cheese cakes, at reasonable prices.I have purchased many a cakes from here and they are always spot on. Friendly staff and fast service
