Lachlan decorates better than Will, there I said it. Having said that, I walked in and Will had the best customer service. He was willing to help me decide my cake. It 4 stars cause there is no shrek cake, disappointing. I've left an image here for future reference.

Ordered a cheesecake from here online, and then a pavlova a week later. The order for the cheesecake was misplaced, with staff having no knowledge of the order. Eventually a cheesecake was found to fulfil the order but only after a wait. The pavlova was ordered days in advance also, and scheduled to be picked up after 3pm. At 4pm the pavlova still wasn't ready and we had to stand around waiting for 15 mins while the topping was applied. At least the shopkeeper was pleasant and apologetic.

As for the pavlova itself, thanks to the haphazard preparation, there was hardly any fruit, hardly any passionfruit syrup, and there was no cream.

Here's a free business tip: Don't offer online ordering if you don't have systems in place to follow through on those orders.

Awesome service the lady who served us as friendly & helpful. They have a great range of cakes available, something for everyone. The prices too not to expensive for what it is.

Ordered a cake 4 days earlier but it didnt have what i asked for. Bit of a let down for my 5yr old. Couldn't even add a bit of writing to make it better.

Excellent service from the guy who served us last night. Offered to redesign a new cake we selected to accommodate the happy birthday chocolate block despite of lots of people lining up behind us. 😊

I bought a quarter of a lemon cheesecake recently and I could not taste the cheese.

Very very helpful staff. Jayshree suggested which cakes we could choose based on the number of people. She even guided us how to cut it so that it would be adequate for everyone at the party.

We chose a Rainbow cake which tasted yum! All our guests praised the cake for it`s freshness and richness. My kiddo and family just loved it.. Will surely go back to order in future.

I have not been here in a while, but they serve up one nasty sweet tooth if you're in the mood. Great service from what I remember and a nice selection of different cakes and desserts.
