The Cheesecake Shop Carlton

This Cheesecake Shop in Carlton is run by The Indians and you wouldn't think they would be able to make a good cake but they certainly can. My girlfriend has been here a few times to get a marble baked cheesecake and it's always been good quality.

These guys have the best customer service! I ordered a birthday for my nephew on the day and within an 1 hour it was beautifully decorated! Each time I order a birthday cake it comes out better than the next. Also the cakes are delicious! Thankyou Cheese Cake Shop Carlton Team!

I seldom post reviews but I just have to in this instance as they have gone above and beyond... I picked up my daughter's 1st birthday cake and on my way home, came across a driver who just suddenly turned left from the wrong lane and without turning on his left signal. I just have to put the brakes on and that caused the cake to overturn ruining the design on top.
Upon arriving home, I called the shop, not expecting any answer as they were past 10 minutes from their closing time and Zain, who served me when I went over to get the cake answered. I asled him if I can bring back the cake, I was in panic at this very moment, and see if we can do something. I just want my daughter's first birthday cake to be perfect. He told me he can wait for a while and he can check if he can do some remedy. Well, to make the long story short, he just did a perfect job, covering up the first ruined design around the cake's circumference and making the cake look a lot better. Truly a blessing! Thank you Zain and thank you "The Cheesecake Shop" @ Carlton!

Love the Carlton store they are so friendly,so helpful with your orders.They will help you with sizing decorating and how many slices per cake.When I need to take a cake to a dinner party that is my 1 stop shop. These cakes are always fresh and delicious,that is why I always go to Carlton store for that friendly greeting.Hello mam how are you today.

Very rude customer service the cake looked nothing like the cake in the display it was a black forest cake it had very little to no choclate curls on top and was not dusted and they dident even put a the cheese cake logo choclate on top given all that it still looked better then it tasted... im thinking there skipping on ingredients. I hope this review has been helpful.

I think the cakes taste amazing they allways have cakes on display and the service was fast.

I think its a bit expensive and the shop itself is very small. No real negatives.

Awful customer service, rang up to enquire about my order and by the end I just wanted to cancel it and get a refund because the guy was so damn rude. I've always loved going there but his service has completely put me off.

By far the only place i buy my cakes from for any occasion. Especially the Marble Baked Cheesecake!. Ohmygosh - to die for. Lovely staff also, definitely worth the drive.
