The Cheesecake Shop Engadine

We got a whole pavlova and it was terrible. It was over cooked so it wasn't light and fluffy like it should be, it was like eating glue and the hard exterior was like a mouthful of pure sugar. We suspect the store bought in pre made ones instead of making it fresh on site like their supposed to. It looked like the pavlova bases you get at Woolworths and decorate yourself. It also looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days before we bought it because you could actually peel the cream of the top in one go without it falling apart. The quality of the Cheesecake Shop is not what it use to be and I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from there. Go somewhere else if you want real quality!
