Great customer service! I went in to order a cheesecake for my mothers birthday which was the next day and they were able to make one with little notice. The staff was very friendly! I ordered a mixed berry cheesecake which tasted amazing! Very happy!

I love the black forest cake from cheesecake shop. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. They always help me out and explain the difference between cakes. I would highly recommend them, keep up the good work 👍👍👍

really like the sponge cake, especial the strawberry one , just ignore the big knife! Hahaha!

My daughter preordered my 40th bday carrot cake on a monday to be picked up on the following friday.. when she arrived they hadn't made it at all.. then when she asked about it they threw some white chocolate buds on the top and tried to pipe letters onto them.... the letters were smudged and very unreadable... she returned the cake and said it wasn't what she ordered (let alone paid over $30 for) and asked for it to be redone ... even after "fixing" the cake it was plain, simple and boring ... not happy 😠😠😠😠

My 30th Birthday Cake was created much better than the picture I gave!! I loved my cake so much I felt guilty for eating it lol I recommend The Cheesecake Shop at Kotara, Great pricing and wonderful results :)
