Rude Staff, Hopeless Customer service.. Will not visit again...

today , I made a call on this shop number to order a cake for my birthday . one lady(purnima) picked up a phone and asked me to wait for a moment. annoying thing was i waited for 15 minutes on phone after i cut the call. i again called after 15 minutes and she said i forget you were on line. she spoiled my mood. very bad service and staff..never recommened..ZERO stars

I always buy cake from This shop .they have best cakes and Excellent Service and they know How to make nice cakes .

I bought cake last week was very Fresh and he did nice Writing on cake and Boy was very Helpful Great Customer service ..

Staff didn't follow the instructions as
I have clearly informed no chocolate and no egg with cake though he has written the massage with chocolate cone. unfortunately I just forgot to check inside the store ,so when I called him he was arguing with me that's yr fault as I didn't check in store😒😒

They don't use any Alcohol (rum, whiskey etc.) or gelatin to bake the cakes!!

Terrible customer service.. tried to talk us out of cutting cakes even though it is an offered product. Gave us the wrong cake then refused to swap it. Rude staff on the phone..
