The Cheesecake Shop Penshurst

Terrible service, the lady was strange and rude.
The vanilla cheesecake is absolutely disgusting, very far from fresh.
There were some berry smudge in the box considering there is no berry or reddish colouring on the cake.
I would not recommend this store at all. I wish I could give less than a star

Very friendly service and the lady was helpful to pick out a birthday cake for my mum. She even included the canoli which doesn't come standard with this chocolate cake.

We ordered a black forest cake.. the inside part of the box is very dirty full of black finger print.. I asked for another one and she was just staring at me and said " this is just being packed for you".. we just left the store.. For sure we deserved better than her very rude service.. I will never go back again😑😑

Staff was really good and friendly... The cake was awesome i loved the caramel double choc mud cake. I would love to go again and again loved the service and would refer my friends as well 👍👍👍

I had cake yesterday and it was delicious I find the staff very friendly n helpfull as I am not very familiar with the cakes. Thanks guys for such a yummilcious cake .will definitely come again. Hope very Sooon!
