The Cheesecake Shop Seven Hills

Bought strawberry fields tarte worth $38 in store. Sponge was very dry and not fresh. Paid $5 for writing and wasnot worth abit for the poor writing. Not happy with this outlet store.

Giving 1 star just for the good quality cakes but customer service not good at all. Don't know how to deal with customers, it looks like they doing favour to customers by selling cakes. One of the guy looks Indian is so rude and doesn't deal good with Indian people. Most of the time you can't get half cake in this shop.

Worst customer service. Not courteous. always answer rudely. No half cake available as well. Indian look guy not dealing nicely with the Indian customer. My friend also had bad experience.

Had to alter my review as the first time i came in here i had a lot of help for a cake i needed for a birthday. Today, i had to wait after the second time of ringing the bell for service.. eventually, i got a full cake and asked for it to be cut into quarters so i could share them out for the occasion, the response i got was "only in half i can cut".. (if you can cut it in half, why can't you cut it again if i'm taking the whole thing?..)

I ordered the hamburger cake for my daughter s tenth birthday it was a hit well done guys great cake the tastiest and exceptional service. Thank you for making my daughters birthday party a hit I'll be back.

Nice cakes, but not worth standing there waiting for writing to be put on the cake. GET SOME GODDAMN CHAIRS!

I was 2 minutes away from closing time but still the lady served me and she even helped me decide which one should i get. It was really delicious. 👌
