The Cheesecake Shop Willoughby

A couple of weeks back I bought some cake from the Willoughby store which was covered in mould when cut open. I called the store to tell them and got no answer, left a voice mail and they never got back to me. Very bad customer service. Disgusting and NOT fresh.

its a great shop staffs are very nice an helpful. the cake taste amazing and its very low price.

Quality has dropped. It's not like a few years ago. I'm ( have been) a regular customer but should look for somewhere else.

Got a pavlova from here and was very good . decent amount of passionfruit unlike some other stores. good customer service
