At the risk of being labelled "fake news", here is my five star review:

We have been here three or four times with our baby son now and we've been very impressed with every single person that we've dealt with so far (Louise is our favourite, she's awesome!). This includes both nurses, Dr James as well as a number of ladies at the reception.
We also had a brief chat with Dr Annabelle and she seems nice (she held our baby for us so that we could talk to the other doctor without him screaming), and while we haven't used her as a doctor, we would certainly be happy to.

James and Lousie were able to work out that our son had an upset stomach that was causing him a lot of pain and were able to help us fix the issue.

Plus, today we had an appointment to see Dr James who basically gave us the all clear and when we had other questions about feeding he referred us to the nurse and didn't even end up charging us for the consultation.

While it's not relevant for us yet, there are also two good play areas for waiting children/siblings.

We'll definitely use this clinic as our go to place from now on!

We have been taking all off our children to the children's doctor. They are fantastic. I would highly recommend.

its been a while since i last saw Louise but i wanted to thank her for everything she helped me through. i gave birth to my little man Elly last year in March and was not coping all that well with his eating/ sleeping. it was emmotionally and physically exhausting. i booked an appointment with Louise for Elly and as i walked into her office i had a complete breakdown. She was there to pick me up and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. At that moment i realised that there were people who cared and understood what i was going through. i am so grateful for being their at that time and everything else you did regarding Elly

' I don't know how they do it in YOUR CULTURE but HERE, they do it like this..."
This is what Dr Christine said to me ( I'm Korean) when she had a rant about how to raise and feed our child who is a tiny little boy( underweight) of 5 years old. After a journey of pediatricians, doctors and hospitals we know now ( and NOT because of Christine) that he has sensory processing disorder. ( Pretty serious if untreated)But if we had trusted DR Christine? Nothing to worry about, you people should stop 'stuffing' him with pasta. Then he will eat anything trust the Dr.

Thank you Christine, you were such a good example of an average, arrogant, entitled and self-absorbed doctor that I'm surprised you still have patients. The good reviews are fake( please check it out).
For colds, fevers or overall info if you HV a newborn or toddler probably fine, but please stay away if the issue is more complicated than that. It saves you time and frustration.

Our experience is the same as the other negative reviews. Dr Christie seems rather blunt, unempathic and biased. If you are a parent worried about your child's selective eating then avoid Dr Christie. Dr Christie showed little interest in our child and displayed no real expertise on early childhood feeding disorders.

We visited Dr Christie on a recommendation seeking advice on whether our child's poor selective eating and on and off gastric problems could have a medical reason.

We never got answer. Instead we received a long lecture on the division of responsibilities method, which we already applied but Dr Christie never asked, she just assumed we didn't. She also disapproved of our breakfast choice of bread/rice with milk and our choice of plates (need to be white). Dr Christie further instructed us to eliminate the few foods that our child still eats in favour of weetabix/milk. She told us this would make our child's poor eating go away.

This all happened *before* Dr Christie even physically examined our child, which was limited to the standard lungs, ears, nose, throat exam. Not worth our time or the $180 "consult fee".

I agree with other reviewers that many of the 5 star reviews appear fake, or were written by friends.
