Amazingly helpful staff - able to retrieve my membership details from the 26 years previous when I first attended University. Was I so clueless? The staff member stood there with cotton gloves, asking if he could help, asking if he could direct me to the text I'd been assigned. He looked at me and smiled "It's in the other store - you may need to go there and review it." So I did.
