The Coffee Emporium Rouse Hill

Warmed up chocolate brownie was fantastic, coffee was good. Wish they pre-mixed sugar into my coffee.

The staff are great and coffee one of the best in town. Very popular sometimes you have to wait due to the popularity.

Very disappointed. We ordered Pancakes and big breakfast. 15 mins apart from coffee to the big breakfast and pancakes were "nearly ready" and "coming soon". However still finished breakfast and pancakes never came! Got money back but not the point. Not that busy either. No concern and no apology. Again, very disappointed!

The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Over the 3+ years I've been going there every weekend and only had a complaint once which was rectified immediately and without question.
My number one coffee shop.
