The Colonel's Restaurant and Bar (formally known as The Colonel's Cafe) is a licensed venue overlooking the picture perfect Wallis Lake.
We serve a range of beers, wines and spirits while you enjoy a meal sitting on the magnificent heart of Forster, Wallis Lake.
Please note, we are open every day for breakfast and lunch. Wednesday to Sunday night for dinner by booking only.
Bring your kids along to feed a range of spectacular marine wildlife right at your feet. If you are really lucky, you may even see a dolphin or two dive by.

You may also just pop in for a quick coffee, tea, piece of cake or our famous in house made scones.

In the cooler season we offer indoor seating by our wood fire. The warmer season we offer dog friendly outdoor seating. All year round we offer a range of food and dietary requirements.
