The team is lead by Senior Colourist and Salon Director – Dianne Kalogeropoulos, who has over 20 years experience in the industry. Starting her career at Stefan’s salon in Sydney’s CBD, Dianne’s natural ability and skill was quickly recognised when she won the National award for ‘Most Productive Senior’ and later promoted to salon manager.
Having spent 10 years with Stefan’s and being one of Sydney’s most skilled and in demand hairdressers, Dianne decided it was time for a change and took up the position of senior colour technician with a leading Paddington salon, Zenith hair. Overseeing and advising on all the salon’s colour work, a position she held for 12 years. Dianne’s natural ability, skill and passion for the colour process resulted in consistently good results for both the clients and the salon.
With over 20 years experience, Dianne decided it was time to open her own salon, and The Color Room Earlwood was born!
