Awesome selection of costumes, and also just assorted costume parts to make your own outfit. The staff were super helpful and took their time to help me find what I needed. I didn't feel rushed at all. Good quality stuff, I highly recommend them.

So my wife went in yesterday to pick up a costume for the weekend. Tried it on last night and needed a different size. Went back today and the so called attendant advised it needed to be "dry-cleaned"and a new overpriced hire fee would need to be paid (power trip or what!!!) After asking to speak to a so called manager, she had apparently left for the day, mind you this was at lunchtime. Now forgive me for asking, what happened to customer service??? Obviously out the window with my money!!!!. After reading a few reviews on line it seems as though this has happened a few times before. Obviously these people are not worried of any negative comments, nor a customers right or responsibility. Never hiring from here again, nor is my extensive network. Its just a shame i didn't get the attendants name, not that it would have made any difference to the outcome, but only to advise the manager of our memorable experience with the appropriately named "The Costume Shop""

It would be great if it was open on Sundays for costume drop offs.

Place was epic with so many costumes on offer! Definitely the place if you need a Game of thrones or pirate costume. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Kym who went over and above to help me win best costume of the night with her rendition of an ork from lord of the rings she made herself! Thanks again team! You'll be my go to shop for all future "suits as wolves" parties too!

Great choice of costumes but prices are high. Lots of accessories as well. Nice staff.

Hi I just wanna know if you have japanese traditional clothes Kimono around $50 or cheaper. I have to wear it at school on Tuesday next week so please answer me quickly!!! :)
