A surprisingly large club with many distinct areas (cafe, function room, fisherman's shack, snooker tables, dance floor, pokies, and even some sort of travel agent). Be careful that you don't drive past it – we did the first two times, and only finally noticed it due to a small Tooheys New sign. The club has more courtesy buses than any club I've ever seen, which must attest to how much the locals like to drink there!

Popular place for a drink and a flutter. Older crowd in the off season but very welcoming.

Played golf. Nice course BUT spoilted by expensive highly inefficient gps cart system which was NOT explained by staff. Make sure you take the pull carts!!

Typical country club. Did not feel very welcomed. Stuff members looked stressed and not really professional.

My sizzling Mongolian lamb (lunch 3/6/2017) was less than average, the meat was tough and hard to swallow. when I said that to the very helpful waitress she came back with "The Chef" answer saying that he doesn't use chemical like "OTHER RESTAURANT" so the meat is obviously THOUGH. This answer was worse than the meat it self because it shows that the chef didn't know that there's something called LEAN CUTS or a slow cooking method for TOUGH CUTS. It also shows ignorance and bad hospitality.

On the other hand, the entree was very nice and tasty probably because it had chicken not meat.

The SURPRISING attitude of the chef left a worse bitter taste in my throat than the poor sizzling lamb.

Not bad, new restaurant club is making a real effort to pick itself up. Recommend a visit.

Called to be picked up FOC as advertised, was a Saturday night at 9:30pm. Driver said he would come between 9:15 and 9:30pm. I called him again around 9:10pm to ask him to call us when he arrives, and if he got my number, as it was raining outside and we were 6people waiting including my grandmother so wanted to wait inside. He said yeah sure no prob. Called again at 9:41pm as no news (and my boyfriend was outside to check) the driver said "I came and waited for 5 min, so not going back there". I mentioned I called him before to make sure he will call us when he arrives he said "don't have your number and I'm not calling people so not going back there tonight bye" and hung up on me. WOW. Rude. I called the club again to explain the situation, the guy said he could not do anything ... FYI, my boyfriend just proposed to me 2 hours before, mentioned that as well but obviously it was not important for them to know they were ruining our night!!!! Will NEVER GO THERE

In terms of the bistro, the food is overpriced, slow to come out, poor quality (seriously, a chicken schnitzel is basic), but at least the service is decent. The worse part was that the bill magically increased after we ordered based on a weekday, non-holiday surcharge. I can't think of why I'd go back. Disappointed.

Rude staff with double standard bias expectations based on genders dress code. Poor wifi and weekly specials advertised on website don't state that they don't run during holiday periods.Food yet to be reviewed as I'm sure they are still at the slaughter house processing my steak.
