What an amazing job on our Hen's Night cupcakes! Individually handcrafted designs including a variety of colors, shapes and sizes. They were hilarious, exactly what we wanted, not to mention delicious!! Thank you soo much!

We have gotten all our celebratory cakes from here since the store opened and they have always been perfect! Just celebrated my 30th today and the cake was gorgeous and adorned with the most beautiful pink roses! Everyone always loves the cakes that we get from here.

Pathetic! Ordered a cake to be picked up in 1.5 hours. Base is so hard and the cream is less than sugar in it. We could literally feel the granules of sugar. And yes, it's from the Hornsby store. Won't ever be going again to them.

It was disappointing. I went to return my birthday cake because it was hard n dougy, and all the guy at the counter told me: "next time don't order!" I did get the money back in the end of the heated discussion, but the experience was worse, that too right on my birthday :"( I am not sure about other branches, but definitely don't go at the Hornsby store. They are rude n it's not worth it. You can get better cakes at other places at same price.

I have my both kids birthday cakes for school and party order from Cupcake Factory. They never disappoint me. Everyone love the taste and wow for the look too. Just wish they are more close to my home. 😊
