I can't thank dollhouse enough !!
I was struggling to look for a last minute formal dress and when I just walked in store, dollhouse employees helped me with my every need and they were very patient. Their quality of their dresses are just absolutely amazing, like you can't get any better. I've checked all around Sydney stores for formal dresses and personally you couldn't get any better dresses than dollhouse. I got so many comments on my dress that night and just couldn't thank them enough for there beautiful dresses, with the absolute best quality and amazing customer service. Will definently be a frequent buyer and come back to dollhouse for my future formal gowns !!

The Dollhouse in Castle Hill has an amazing variety of formal and evening dresses. My indecisive daughter visited numerous formal and evening wear shops and couldn't find her ideal formal dress until she walked into this fabulous store. We were totally looked after by the wonderful helpful friendly staff. My daughter tried on over 20 dresses and the staff were so attentive and patient. Highly recommend this wonderful store

Bought my formal dress form the store in Castle Hill and the girls were great!! Awesome customer service so lovely and offered lots of advice and they even took my number down so that if anyone from my school bought the same dress they would ring and inform me! Amazing experience!

Love the Castle Hill branch of The Dollhouse Amazing dresses and the staff are fabulous nothing is never too much trouble for them. Really friendly, helpful staff which makes shopping for a formal gown so much easier.

I have to tell you that every BAD experience/review you read about this place is completely true. In my life I have never seen such poor customer service, disorganisation, unprofessionalism, nastiness and rudeness from every single staff member in top ryde and castle hill.
They were absoloutley horrible to deal with. I ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses from them and after the money was handed over it was months and months of anguish. I encourage you not to deal with these people. If i was to explain everything I went through with this place I would run out of room! Disgusting!!!
