Since it’s opening in 1860 Dundee Arms has been
a prominent part of the overwhelmingly industrial
maritime suburb, Darling Harbour. Throughout the
1860s and 70s Dundee Arms was a thriving hub for
sailors who docked in the harbour and the city’s
working class. Today Dundee Arms is a piece of
history, an icon of Sussex Street.
