For such a large place The Edwards still feels warm. The coffee went down smooth, breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly.
I'm curious about their business strategy though. It would appear they also sell helium balloons and own the laundromat next door. I love the quirkiness.

Lovely atmosphere, food was nice but the customer service was appalling. The girl who served us was rude and disinterested and didn't check on us once the whole to see if we wanted a drink or let us know when the kitchen was closing. We had to call her over after almost 10 minutes just to order!
We were expecting to have a nice dinner, few drinks and some dessert but never got asked and once we finally asked her she tells us that the kitchen closed 10 minutes ago.
Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody especially when there are so many other nice restaurants in a very close vicinity.

Great atmosphere here! Always people in and staff are very helpful. A very warm and welcoming venue with great food selection.

Wonderful space, but can be a little noisy with all the hard surfaces. Service is consistently high and coffee is always excellent . I am often left just a little disappointed with the food. I have been once for lunch and twice for dinners once with a larger group. I would like to try their breakfast menu though as that looks awesome

We popped in for breakfast and were so pleased we did. The breakfast menu has some really deliciously different breakfast options. The place was super busy and although the food and coffee took a while to come, both were excellent and well worth the wait. Great food, great coffee, great vibe and great service - what's not to love?!

Decent place, only had 1 beer here so can't comment on food. Nice atmosphere and a very cool looking place.

Terrible management and service! I called to book in for a special event 3 weeks prior to the date and the person I spoke to did not know about the event, but said they would take my name and number and see what they could do. So I called back a couple of days later to confirm if the booking was taken and they said yes it was confirmed.
Three days before the event I contacted to add extra people to the table only to hear there was no booking and the event was sold out! After much complaint, the manager finally agreed to give me a table. So I turned up on the night and was once again told there was no table booked and I was absolutely livid! They did not ever apologise, and eventually gave us a table in the back corner with no view of the event we had gone there to see.
I would never come here again and I recommend you do NOT book your next function here.

I've been here several times - the place is always inviting and the food doesn't disappoint. I prefer the breakfast menu over dinner. Good for groups.

This is a wonderful Place. We went there twice in our holidays and the food was just delicious. The French Toast was a soooo tasty and also the black pudding with salad and the Edwards burger .. Yum yum yum

How do I give less than one star?

This is the worst venue in the entire city. Why people choose it to host events is beyond me. The noise of the laundromat next door (without so much as a wall between you and them) makes it an absurd place to try and listen to speakers, or even engage in conversation. It doesn't help with the humidity either.

Why anyone'd go to this establishment boggles the mind
