Disgusting people this place needs to be shut down!!! Junkie central.... alcoholic owners nothing but bad news

Mother and son are the owners they are very very rude towards the customers they winge about the lights being on of a night time you have to ask permission to have a visitor the pool area has been closed for a long time the water in the pool is dark green sludge still have to pay full price no wifi the beds are very old and uncomfortable the rooms have bad smells and dirty had to clean my room before I felt that it was half decent the old bi### is a bad drinker and picks on the women customers fell like you have to walk on egg shells

Worst hospitality ever.

I honestly would have given this a negative rating if it were possible. Not only is the entire premises dilapidated and disgustingly dirty, the management are horribly unhelpful and abusive when any enquiry is made about it. Additionally I was racially abused by management and have heard this isn't the first time it's happened to guests staying here. Never again I hope they take a long hard look at themselves and realise how privileged we are to live in such a beautiful place, reflect on that and maybe think to treat people accordingly.

Just saw a disturbing video of terrible treatment to Aboriginal women at this resort. Stay away from this place they do not deserve any custom.
