I was given a gorgeous boxed bouquet for my birthday which had been purchased here. Unfortunately, the box has left a large black square stain on my benchtop that I cannot remove. I rang to politely ask for any suggestions of how I could shift this stain. The female staff member told me that everyone knows you don't put them directly on a table or bench ?!?! and that obviously is over-watered them (I hadn't). She then rudely stated "what do you want me to do about it". I found her customer service attitude very unsatisfactory !
Poor Service. Got flowers elsewhere !!!!
