Good and quick food. Decent price. Great crispy bacon!

Just beware of Magpies and the occasional seagulls looking for scraps

Located next to the flying fox park, this is a good place to have lunch and relax add the kids have fun.

I had the Flying Fox burger, which was good.

The food was average. If I want shoestring fries, I'll go to Macdonalds. The prices were high. Coffee was decent. It's definitely better than nothing. But I won't come back for a meal again. Stick with the coffee and muffin. Safer.

A beautiful spot for a walk, picnics, or just to sit and absorb the view. Near the Flying Fox Park, which is fantastic for children of all ages. There's a cafe which serves hot and cold drinks, light snacks and proper meals. Table service and take away. Toilets nearby too. Plenty of trees for shade, paths for bikes and scooters, and bbqs for cooking.

The cafe could do with a good clean including the kids play area. The service is fairly slow and they can never get the order right. They have to thank god for the location and view otherwise this cafe would be a rapidly sinking ship. They need to bring in a very experienced front of house manager to train staff, speed up their service and improve their quality of service and quality of product. The food is also very expensive for what it is and there are no cheapish breaky options. Sometimes I have to wonder what the owner is doing with their time and why they do not notice all of these issues. More money than sense maybe.

Found a cockroach in my coffee. Also good quality declined a lot. Stay away from this place

Dirty, disorganised disaster. This place should be a licence to print money. Instead it's the sort of place that would give Gordon Ramsay a field day. You can't blame the tweens serving as they are only doing their best. Why doesn't the non-present owner sample the experience by queuing up for 10 minutes for a milkshake not to turn up 20 minutes after that while waiting on filthy tables covered in bird excrement?

If you have kids and live in the area, chances are you have been there.
Not sure what was first, the coffee shop or the Hughe playground.
Lots of nice shady places to sit in the shop, or get it take away and sit in playground and watch your kids for hours.
But don't be in a hurry.

User

Fantastic place to bring the kids. They have toys and a gigantic playground just outside. The food service is a little slow, but the food and coffee are both nice enough.

User

Great for kids and if you have a chance to have a party here it isn't a bad venue. Who doesn't love the tiger. Service has improved somewhat over the years. Expect to wait on weekends.

User

Worst service. Bad ethic.
