The Fox & The Hair

I visited the fox and the hair for root lightening a while ago and while I think the staff were very helpful, attentive and professional the end result of my hair I wasn't satisfied with. It wasn't lightened enough to match my hair and after the first wash there was a noticeable band of hair that didn't match. I wouldn't go back again because I feel it wasn't worth $300. But again the service was lovely and I'm sure that's a reason why they're highly recommend.

No other way to say it other than your customer service is disgraceful and my haircut was appalling! I like to comment honestly and perhaps instead of disabling your Facebook comments you should probably address these issues by replying to your disgruntled customers rather than ignoring the fact and make things right (for a start). Second, research the hidden dangers of bad customer service. You may be surprised to learn a thing or two + give yourself the opportunity to save a sinking boat. If you think your business will thrive under these conditions you are wrong! I'm delighted to know I'm not the only one feeling this way! Good luck - you need a lot of it at this point!

I had a really excellent experience with a colour and cut from Marni and Patricia- both were so lovely and really took the time to understand my needs and issues I was having with my hair. Salon was really well set up and very professional, and my hair looks and feels perfect. Well worth the drive down from Sydney.

The Fox & the Hair team always do such an incredible job and my hair has never looked or been in better condition than it is now. The whole team is highly skilled and talented and even the work the apprentices produce is better than what i have witnessed senior hairdressers do! The team is always warm and welcoming and i would recommend the salon to anyone who wants great hair and amazing service!

I have had Emma doing my blonde hair for over 2 years and she's always done an excellent job. She listens to what I want and is so lovely in helping me to understand if it may not work for me or my hair type. I've never seen her being rude so I'm very disappointed for her to see these other negative reviews. In fact she's the nicest and most positive hair dresser I've ever had.

My first visit was for a new style cut and I was not disappointed. Courtney is a real artist! I won't go anywhere else now. Staff are really friendly too. Thoroughly recommend.

I was made to feel very unwelcome and I can not believe the horrible service that I have received from the staff. I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my hair.

"I made an appointment in advance, drove down from Sydney, had trouble finding it because the salon has two names "salon 66" as well as "the fox and the hair".
I was told that "I'm terminating your appointment" and that "You don't fit in here!".
I now realise that I don't "fit in" there, but it has nothing to do with me!

I looove this place! Emma is an amazing hairdresser! (I could never imagine her being rude) I am a blonde who hates ash, yellow and orange tones!!! So many hairdressers just don't get it!!!! Emma does! I have been coming here since November 2015 and have always loved my hair afterwards!!

I have been a regular customer for 3 years. However i have noticed in the last year and a half the amount of bitchiness by the staff and owner MIa on her Facebook page about customers. I disagree with this nasty comments and believe that if you cant say something nice - dont say it at all. I had a discussion with one of her former senior hair dressers and she is just as nasty to her staff, i will not support this place anyone. Power is certainly getting to her head.
Hair by Harlow is my new fav salon and its funny 90% of their former clients are from the Fox :)
