Great rooftop. Casual dining and drinks. Wonderful view. Nice people.

I went for lunch on a Monday. It had a good atmosphere. Good selection of beers. My moosaka was delicious.

User

Good atmosphere, 3 levels allows for plenty of options - something to suit (nearly) all styles/tastes, and the rooftop area has one hell of a view!!! Although the stairs to the roof could be a problem on the way back down (after a few beverages)... Alcohol + staircase = Trouble 🤣😯🤕🚑

User

Wonderful view from the rooftop area. Food reasonably priced too. Great on a summer's night

User

A great local pub. Every beer you could want, spotless toilets, great prices and staff. Go and have a wonderful pizza and/or beer

User

Great pub. Solid views from the rooftop. Nice private rooms on level 2. Downstairs pub is good too, similar to hotel palisades.

User

Great view from the rooftop. Good casual crowd. Very helpful staff who let my dad use the service elevator to get to the top

User

Great view from rooftop bar. Food is good and not overpriced. If you can't get a table at the top, the rings in the second floor are quite interesting too

User

Great pub. Up stairs has a great view, but can be really busy. Beer and wine selection is good. Food is good as well. The beef pappardelle was yummy as. Just need a bit of bread or a roll to wipe up the plate.

User

Reasonable drink selection, okay prices, acceptable food, friendly staff, superb location.

The upstairs bar is the place to be in the evening. If you can catch the sun setting behind the bridge, the reflections in the clouds around the opera house are stunning. You need to get in early though, but 18:30 most nights all the tables are full, and they don't take bookings anymore.

The downstairs area is more of a traditional pub, a good casual place to be in the earlier afternoon.

All-in-all, a very congenial pub.

Classic venue with an unbeatable view over circular quarter including the opera house. Reasonable prices and good quality food. Highly recommend.

User

Nice place for a drink and a bite to eat. Great atmosphere on the roof top. Great burgers here. Not too expensive

This establishment has a problematic attitude toward servicing its customers. Despite its prime location, it doesn't seem to add any prestige by way of good service to the Rocks. Unless you know the place well and know the staff intimately, it's place to be avoided. The manager and the staff take no criticisms, comments, or suggestions from the customers. In fact, both the manager and the staff have an rather discerning entitled attitude toward their customers. The service is superficial and even after a friendly and caring warning nothing has changed -- in fact, both of whom want to cast the blame on the customers. I would avoid this place, again, especially if you are not a local for its unfriendly service and entitled attitude.

One of the best Pubs in Sydney, for many years. Great food, friendly staff, unpretentious atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the food quality has been steadily declining due to the change in chefs a few months back.

The new dishes are now incredibly overpriced compared to the size and flavour they once had.

I actually used to take my friends there just to try your perfect crunchy wedges, now they are just an oily mess.

I really hope you guys get the new chefs better trained and come back to your glory.
