Extraordinary service from the young man who helped me pick a hairdryer this afternoon. Very patient. Answered all my questions. Wonderful service.

They refused to refund me for an item with a major defect initially, said they could only give store credit. This was after I showed the product was faulty, to which they agreed and proof of purchase. I showed staff the fair trade law.

"When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund."

To which the staff said it was a matter of store policy to not give a refund. After arguing for 15 minutes, they had to make an exception for me. An exception to adhere to fair trade laws.

... Nice "Good guys"... Nice...

Very rude people , called this morning to just ask a simple question ,, that can u wall mounted this tv .. nd after 3 mins when I got connected to someone in tv department ,, guy answered nd as I just said I want to enquire , he straight away u need to know which tv u can walk mounted .. nd hang up on me ,,, never had this kind of experience in my life ,. Been to Harvey , bing lee , jb hi fi , nd many more but they don't have rude people in their customer care team ,,, good guys send ur people to these companies , so they can learn something about customer care ... thanks 🙏

I bought a new 4k LG TV that had absolutely terrible picture quality. I told these guys and they were happy for me to bring it back and exchange it for a different tv. No problems at all, great service

Worst customer service, worst employees, worst staff, "The Good Guys" should be renamed to "The Bad Guys". Had to get a refund for a defective product from them, and they wouldn't give me the money back, it was store credit only. Recently got a gift for a wedding, the product arrived fine, but the box was damaged, I bet they will blame the courier, but their packing of the product was basically just paper wrapping, no fragile sticker or anything.

My friend had issues buying goods from them too, ended up receiving a demo product, not a brand new one. The staff did nothing to set any of it straight, she just put up with it and moved on. Just awful, don't shop with them.

My family have been loyal customers for decades but have dealt with the worst customer service. The vast majority of their staff are rude and lazy. I have recently brought back a laptop for repair as I bought an extended warranty and they clearly said it will be repaired in up to 4 weeks. I called 4 weeks later and said they are still repairing it as it was lost in the system or something like that and I really needed it to start uni. Do not recommend this store AT ALL due to limited variety of laptops and really lazy staff.

Used to be good, however, the last shopping experience totally ruined my impression. Simple return of a product which failed to do its job seems like very very hard here. The store manager doesn't do much help and their response is super slow with bad attitude. So if you are going to buy some appliances, my suggestion is try somewhere else.

In the past we have had good experiences with the good guys several times and again today. Our only concern was when returning an item that did not meet its expectation, I was without my partner and was pressured to take a store credit, the language used by the salesmen was forceful and rude. This time our trip was pleasant but watch out when returning products.

Lovely staff, very helpful and price matched along with give 20% off the price difference. I was very happy with this expireance.

Been standing here for 15 minutes watching staff talk to each other in the isles. And they call this service.

went to buy a fridge and dishwasher, walked around looking for 40 minutes, no sales people around, except 1 guy who was busy with a couple. Walked around and spoke to a guy who said that he couldn't help as he was only in the Dyson area. I asked where all the staff were he said they were short ad a few had just gone to lunch !!! REALLY ! the store was busy !!. Walked out down to Domain was served straight away and gave them our $5000.00 . Appalling service for the amount of money the Good Guys spend on advertising.
