The staff at this place has no care at all. They don't solve problems for you but put you through to the manager or told you someone will call you back. Whether they have been trained to do something during working hours!!!

bought a Netgear router through their Ebay store and Artarmon branch were asked to ship the product because i live nearby. Their shipping is miserable and dreadfully slow. Not to mention they stuffed up my delivery address and FASTWAY which is not so FAST, could not deliver. After numerous chase ups and phone calls the package was finally delivered. Furthermore, the packaging was shocking. The package was wrapped with a flimsy piece of paper with my name on it, that would mean nothing when it comes to protecting and safeguarding my purchase worth nearly $300 bucks. It was not even inside a cardboard box or something stiff and rigid to absorb the transport knocks and thumps. I would think again before placing an order that requires delivery.

I bought a camera for $650 last sunday, expecting it to be sent to me within 3 working days. One week later I still haven't heard from them and they don't pick up the phone either. I think they must be understaffed or something. I just want my camera

Just could not get through to you to order a washing machine - guaranteed customer, easy $1200 sale. I called a few times throughout the day and was put on hold each time for ages with your unbearably loud annoying jingle. I called again left my details and someone did call back but I was with a client so I asked him to call back in 15 mins. No call. I called again, left on hold, nerve grating jingle. Finally, I called Harvey Norman at Moore Park at 8pm last night, my washing machine has arrived at 9.30 this morning. No need to say more.

I bought a washing machine from the Goodguys yesterday and paid for it to be delivered because I don't have the time to do it myself and it's not fun to do it yourself. The service inside the store was fine. Today they told me they would be at my place between 11am - 1pm. They called me at 10:30am, they were early. Lucky I wasn't far away. They came upstairs and had to take the glass door off the laundry to get the old washing machine out, it took about 2 mins to get 6 screws out. Then they the two delivery guys said I had to put the door back on again myself as they had to get to another job. Next they took the old washing machine out and put it on the carpeted floor, I said maybe we should put a towel down in case it's wet? They said no it's okay. When the took it outside in the hallway I could see 4 black dirty marks on the carpet from the feet of the machine. I said, do you guys clean up after yourselves? They said, no you can do that. They put the machine in and made sure it worked but then left. I caught one of them on the way out to at least help me hold the glass door up (it's very heavy) so that I could get at least one screw in to get started. All in all, poor service, left with marked carpet which I had to clean myself. Poor service.

Good Guys ARTARMON is my preferred electrical goods outlet. A good range and usually good service. I like that they email me a copy of my invoice.

I purchased an appliance from The Good Guys and had an issue with a part - on phoning the team, Bobby on the appliance section, was so amazingly helpful - advised me to bring the part in and she changed over without any fuss. I will be back and if Amazon Arrive in Australia ..... No Way will they give this amazing on the spot service. Thanks Good Guys and Bobby.

Reasonable prices and decent service

Shocking customer service. Had to wait thirty minutes in the loading dock then they served another customer before me. Even though I had been waiting patiently before them. I could have just carried the thing down from the store to save myself time and the hassle. Definitely will be using someone else when we purchase items for our company.

Excellent experience! Great products and Erin the lady who served us was amazing helping us explaining the finance product through every step, nothing was too much trouble. Carnt wait for our washer and fridge to be delivered ;)))
