The Good Guys Auburn

I went to collect a purchase I made on eBay and was greeted with very rude customer service ladies at the front desk. I will make sure I never visit the Auburn store again

Worst customer service ever.
Had very bad customer experience two times because of rude staff.
Manager was steven, he was even rude. all staff were rude.
I Will never go there again.
really disappointed with the service provided.
Not a worth than 1 star.

V were very well attended by Mr Noman....He gave us good advise & saved our time to make good & decent choice of number of products v had to buy....billed in the name of Aditya Mehra...It was actually a good experience to shop at The Good Guys Auburn.. thanks... Bought something online and opted for click and collect. Was easy to collect from store, item was already behind the counter ready to go. Staff carried it to my car without request, as I had two young children with me.

Had an Iphone 7 put on hold and when I turn up to the store to make a purchase, I was told it was already sold to someone else. What kind of service do you call that? If I knew that was way how your customers get treated, you certainly have lost my business. Was basically brushed off when I wanted to speak to the store manger. The store must consider themselves still lucky to be business to have customers who can tolerate this kind of poor customer service. If this review website had allowed negative stars rating, most likely the store would have earnt at least one or two. Had to give a star for the sake of registering this post otherwise it would not allow the post to bring to your attention.

Bad services ever.

I bought microwave oneday
and i had pram that time also my baby.

i asked Do you have big plastic bag? or box for carry it? And staff said nothing there.
So i asked how can i go to my car?
And staff said i know.

I was refund microwave :(

Terrible delivery service
We bought fridge from this store and everything was alright up to the delivery time. Two guys deliver the fridge in front of our place. Because they needed to tackle a bit for passing the fridge through the main door , they left the fridge outside the house and didn't even try to bring it in.
A young lady Margretta was supportive and tried to help us but it was already too late. At the end of day, we had to bring it inside by ourselves.

Bad service and no customer service. I believe they need to go back to basics. Either way I'm not going back!

Staff don't give good customer service they are just worried about making a quick buck to get their commission. Bad customer service!!!

Staff at this place just want to make a quick sale to receive their commission

This store has a wide range of products and attentive staff (I think because they're chasing a commission). Good guys also match online competitors' prices, so it's worth doing a Google search to find a cheaper price and show it to the floor staff (we got a product 1/2 price doing this).
