The Good Guys Campbelltown

Generally good. Can often price match. Opened a minute later to accommodate my request recently so that was a plus!

Went in with my dad yesterday to get a Laptop but was unsure of which one to get as we're not too tech savvy and the young man working at the store provided us with plenty of information and sent us home extremely happy! Fantastic Experience!!

Than you Khanh from the Campbelltown store for you assistance with our purchases. His knowledge and patience were appreciated. He compared prices from other stores so we wouldn't need to. Would not hesitate to buy from him again. A+++

Poor service. Walked past 3 sales people while they just looked and kept talking.

Terrible customer service, will never buy from here ever again, Harvey Norman gave me a better discount and look after me every time with awesome deals and product range with awesome after-sales service

Worst good guys ever. I have bought a lotta stuff from good guys casula. They are good in terms of service and answering questions. Campbelltown is very unorganised and employees are rude and no correspondence from them once they get bussiness. Highly recommend not buying from here.

Left the store and Went to Bing Lee.
Very helpful bought 2 TV's.
This is not the first time I have been left standing around looking for help in the Good Guys.
They might be good guys but they no nothing about customer service.
Don't waste you time.

My uncle called to make payment for a fridge for my grandmother and was given very very poor customer service by a lady on the phone who refused to take credit card as a payment option without giving any reasons as to why that was the case. (My uncle has excellent interpersonal skills so I cannot believe this happened)

A good selection of electrical goods for sale and staff are pretty good demonstrating a fair degree of product knowledge - but improvements could be made.

Always good deals and helpful staff. Any problems and you have your receipt, they will happily help. Good work guys
