Poor customer service!!
One lady called me on Tuesday said: can we deliver on this Thursday? I replied: yes!
Then at the Thursday after waiting for whole day, called them, another lady said: we left message to you, we are waiting for your reply for deliver time. ( what just happened, did I talk to ghost on Tuesday!)
Then the first phone call said: they do delivery 7 days. The second phone call said: some of the products they do 7 days delivery, some of them they don’t......
So at the end of the phone call I have to give up the delivery fee I already paid and go pick up by myself.
It is very disappointing service.....

I bought a washing machine kept it at their warehouse for later delivery. On the day before delivery I was called by Good guys to be told that my washing machine has been damaged by a forklift and there's no replacement only the display unit is left ! i was offered the display unit for a reduced price. The next day I went to the shop, I was confronted by an arrogant manager who didn't even care to apologise for damaging my wahsing machine, didn't even care to ask me to check other models for the same price range. He just offered me in a rush a $60 discount on the display unit. He sounded as if he's doing a favor ! I was angry and appalled, I asked for a full refund walked out to jb hifi on the same floor and bought a washing machine with the same money. Good guys more like terrible guys! I will never again be buying anything from this place.

Purchased items from castle hill store all ok but when had the goods delivered the delivery person damaged my fence as he came into my property and as he left I noticed my fence damaged and also his truck door not the best.
I rang the store to find out that they use subcontractors even though the truck is covered with the good guys logo.
I rang the subcontractor on Monday he was busy and got back later that night. Told no problems have insurance I'll get it fixed. Tuesday lunchtime heard nothing so I arranged a quote which I emailed the driver. He stated that his trying to get quotes and can't get anyone. Wednesday I rang the driver he said quote to expensive will try to get cheaper quote give me till two pm then go ahead.
Spoke that afternoon and he is claiming he is not responsible for my fence and for the admin manager of the store didn't know much and left it to me to work out.
I have purchased lots from this store and find this to be less than satisfactory

Purchased a Hisense fridge online, delivered from Castle Hill Store. Paid for brand new and received a refurb/demo model, with notable dents, scratches and bottom tray kept coming off. Tried calling several times and could not get through. DO NOT RECOMMEND

No staff, some girl was just playing with balloons at the entrance. 5 month old remote stopped working, but they made out I was l lying. Took ages. Won't be back.

Buying anything as a young female is always daunting considering all the times I've been ripped off with other purchases from car services to buying a bed. However from the second I walked into the Good Guys to the moment I received the goods on a Saturday I felt nothing but comfortable and assured I was being looked after. I went in on a Thursday night at end of financial year desperately needing a Washing Machine. I have never purchased one before and had no idea what I was going to be buying. I saw everyone was extremely busy so took my time looking around and talking to my mum on the phone who is over 400km away for her advice. I work in sales myself so I understood the wait time and honestly didn't mind. Michael was the lovely gentleman who assisted me and I felt comfortable immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I wanted. A washing machine that dries as well!! He knew everything about the product and was more than happy to leave me to talk to my mum for her tick of approval. I have been scammed before by another company who delivered my bed. I spent over $3000 on it and he said that delivery was included, then when the driver came he told me it was an extra $200 cash only. As I was alone and the bed was extremely heavy I had no choice but to pay it. Learning from this experience I asked how much delivery was and if it was included and Michael told me it was an extra $60 to have it delivered, installed and package removed. I was so relieved when he said I could pay it all in total. I did make him promise me I wouldn't have to get cash out though.
Sure enough the delivery was yesterday 1/7/2017 and the delivery drivers were amazing! I trusted them instantly and they couldn't have been nicer.
I would recommend The Good Guys to anyone and everyone looking to purchase anything. Their service and genuine ability to be decent human beings has won over my business for life.

Great customer service over the phone and in person, organised my fridge for next day delivery and it arrived exactly when the driver said it would. Delivery guys were great too.

Hi Guys
I went to see them on Saturday and all sorted out. In person they are great they need to improve thier C/S and telephonic Manner.
My TV was changed on Sunday . Thanks to Gopi from Good Guys.

Horrible Service. I bought a Panasonic TV and it was defective and Panasonic rang me that it will be replaced by Good Guys or you will get Stores Credit but no one answering the phone calls and they took 1 hour in the morning today and then hang on me. I don;t know what to do. Will not recommend to any one.

I have bought a washing machine, dishwasher, a refrigerator, a Dyson vacuum cleaner, and several other small appliances here. They're a but busy, but I've never had a bad experience. The people working there seem to be experienced, try to help us out, find cheaper places I can obtain things, make recommendations to help us, even when they drop the price I pay to them. I like this store and will continue to return because helpful, friendly, and caring staff are important.

Also, those who came to install and move our appliances have always been good. I've never had a bad experience with their subcontractors, not in 3 years of having things delivered!

I read so many reviews online about customer service but didn't think anything of it. This place has gone downhill big time. The salesmen aren't too bad from what i dealt with. Although it does take them a long time to assist you.
Deepak was very helpful who i spoke with. However the customer service ladies at the front and those who answer the phone are terrible.
Mistakes with finding my name, stock, talking to me in a very rude tone. I won't come back here cause it seems so hard to get a straight answer out of anyone.
I am a very laid back young man in my 20s and i've done sales and customer service so i always give the benefit of the doubt but mate this place is seriously shocking and it has definitely lost a lot of business cause of that
Further we came in to buy 2 coffee machines. The salesmen stated he had 2 in stock and even though we found them cheaper elsewhere the other place did not have 2 in stock. After stating he had 2. We paid and then the salesmen came out and said they only had one and the system had it wrong. So basically the reason we bought that day was stock but they had no stock...
