Product was defective. Had to go in three times, and not sorted. Store manager even put the blame on me for not calling HP. The staff told me "go and wait there" in front of other customers. I felt like I was treated like a child in kindergarten. Flagged this with Ben the store manager. He did not apologise once for any of the above. Worst retail customer service experience I've ever seen in Sydney. Do not go there!

Service experience is horrible, waited 30 min without assistance. Left and took my business elsewhere. This store is by far the worst good guys I have ever attempted to do business with.

Deb the salesperson was incredibly helpful and knoweldgable. Every other person there was horrible. manager I spoke to was a dick. Go elsewhere. They take forever

It has all products /stock I was interested in for the home and outdoors and info on the products the store gives me a feeling of friendliness and professional services the floor plan was spacious and not crammed a delightful visit I will go again.

Although there are some lazy, workers who have no joy in working- there are exceptional workers like Sam ( idrk if thats his name because i do not have the best ears) who make it better. He actually does his role well.

computer guy was helpful at first then he said he would leave me to test out a computer and come back in 5 mins , was waiting for more than half an hour he never came back. went and asked at the front desk about delivery for an item and asked was that the last one out the font said she needed the model number went to get it for her she didn't even make an effort to walk ten steps to get the number just went on and served the next customer. as i was leaving I seen bing lee I went there they are so much helpful , missed out on a $1100 sale 'the good guys'

I don't usually leave a review but after the experience that I had I feel the need to leave a review in hope that people out there do not get tricked like I did!
A few months ago I went in to purchase and item worth over $600
The lady that served me was very shifty, not on one occasion but two!

She went on explaining to me that if I purchase 5years warrenty I would be given store credit 3times a year and the credit builds up so by the end of the year I would end up with $90 as credit.
I was going to purchase the warrenty regardless. She went on to say ohhhh because I'm buying 5years warrenty I get a gift. I walked out a happy customer.. half way home I looked at the invoice to discover that there's only 3years warrenty! I rashed back to the store, the staff went on to say because I took the gift the "computer " automatically sets it as 3years rather then 5years. I'm standing there waiting for the staff to fix my invoice another staff comes along and whispers "she tried very hard for this sale"
Ouchhhh I was tricked and felt fooled!
So life went on and I kept receiving the store credit, I needed a new microwave so I thought to go back only to the different good guys store.. I explained what the lady said to me about the store credit. The guy at the counter said he can't do anything about it, whatever was told me to is different and it doesn't matter when you walk out.
Geee thanks your company has just lost a community of supporters. The good guys? Not so good after all!
Oh and one other thing you tricked me in buying warrenty because kitchenaid gives 5years warrenty to home uses.

Wrost customer service ever and can be . No smile, Grumpy face and donot ask customer even standing in counter to pay . Sales was okay but lady over the counter very rude !!!! Never going going back to casula..👎

After a regretful experience, a Dyson cooler which was advertised with incorrect price was available for purchase for a discounted price and I can't be more happy with that. Thanks to Nick, who was extremely professional and apologetic for the inconveniences.

I was put on hold for 15mins. With no apology for this long wait. After 15mins I had to hang up.

Never had any problems always got served asap. Maybe think about the attitude you're approaching staff with, and stop trying to bargain your way to a cheaper price just pay it...if you're in any type of customer service occupation you know how picky and irritating customers can be

Do not take payment plan using Certegy Ezipay Adelaide that sales team suggest to you.Very rude and greedy people charging atrocious monthly accounts fees and i have paid late fee every fortnight though i had insufficient funds and they blame your bank .Called them they said the payment is pending.Pending and declined are two different things.

You can easily loose out through their payment plans .i suggest buy outright or go to another store.

WORST GOOD GUYS EVER!!
Do not waste your time shopping here. Been there twice and both times had to "beg" for assistance ... which after 15-20mins never arrived!!
The one staff member who did approach us said she was unfamiliar with the products (Air Fryer) and walked away!!

The stock is disorganised and you can not find a price for displayed items.

I have always been a Good Guys fan but the shop at Crossroads (Casula) is an absolute disgrace to the franchise.
