Staff are alway very helpful and knowledgeable. The store has plenty to choose from and great prices!

Shopped there today 05/11/17 very poor customer service by the female manager and unfriendly service from the checkout counter service staff.

I would actually rather travel to another Good Guys then ever shop here again! Very disappointed

Could not find anyone to serve me. I wanted an air conditioner and a PC. One person on the floor in the entire store. I walked out after ten minutes of looking for someone to serve me.

Best prices around, and a good range of price and quality options. Only negative is that it can be difficult to get help in the weekend. They are understaffed.

The prices and are reasonable. Definitely the place to go if you know what you want. OTOH, finding someone to help you can be problematic.

I bought a fridge that was damaged by the delivery guys. It took no time at all for the manager to organise a replacement - the damaged Good were swapped the very next day. I regularly buy from this store - the helpful staff and next day delivery (including on Sundays) make it my go to for electricals.

Price was very good. Large selection of products.

But very understaffed on weekends. Attempted to call ahead to hold a product at Chatswood store and they kept trying to put me through to a sales rep. Always got disconnected after waiting a while on hold music. When I was in the store, sales rep that was helping me got distracted by another staff and never saw him again.

Easiest when you know what you want to buy already.

Said to myself 3 years ago, I will never shop here again, went there again out of desperation today and was reminded of why I made that decision all that time ago. Nothings changed, never been in a store where no ones interested in serving you!! too busy chatting to each other, the sales assistant I finally got was so miserable and uninterested to deal with, it made the visit even more painful (if that was even possible) then the last visit. Take your business elsewhere. Zero stars more like it.

I usually resarch an item before I decide to buy and I found time after time that I could not better the Good Guys for price support and warranties.
Members of the staff are very pleasant and supportive specially Symon who helped on many occasions

When I bought the fridge the Sales told me if price drop in 30days , I can get the price difference back. 3weeks later when I went to told them fridge price drop ¥100dollar at "online appliance " web. The manager told me I have to claim on good guys website and head office will decide return the money or not. The website keep telling me can not find dock number.
Anyway everybody do not believe the 30days price guarantee

Loads of us trying to buy fans. Nobody interested to attend to us. 15 minutes!! Went to front desk and informed them of the problem. The girls didn't even blink. Told them I was taking my $300 elsewhere. Another lady did same simultaneously. Left 5 other customers still waiting at fans. Good luck. Not so 'Good guys'.

I'd give no stars if I could. Very very poor service. Went in on a Saturday to buy a cooktop, oven and range hood. Was told I'd be called back on Monday after they checked if they could source the cook top I wanted. No call Monday. Called Tuesday to be told the woman I spoke to doesn't work Tuesdays though I am now talking to the manager of the Kitchen appliance area. Hes said he'd call me straight back when he speaks to the supplier. No call back. Logged on to appliances online ordered every thing with free delivery
