The worse customer service i have ever experienced. wont shop there again. Yesterday 3 people waiting to be served 1 woman said i am not doing anymore work and left, the other 2 just pretended to do things, but not serve. If you dont like your jobs leave.

Quick, easy, spoke to 3 different sales people, so helpful amazing - you don't even get served at most shops

The salesmanship and integrity of people in the computer department at Erina should be questioned. Beware of being flogged the "Concierge Service & Support" for items under $500. It's a rort and completely inappropriate. If I could post this without any star recommendation I would but the system won't let me. Not such Good Guys in my opinion.

I just got told by Jeanette at The Good Guys that the store would replace my Nespresso machine even though the manufacturer wouldn't. She said if I had rung the manufacturer and given them an angry earful, they would have replaced it, but because I was nice about it, they refuse. The store management felt that was unfair and have agreed to give me a replacement at their expense. How nice is that?! Go buy your next appliance at The Good Guys Erina.

I left in tears after being bullied by 2 employees because I tried to return a product that was not compatible with my system. They now have the product and my money. I was too ill to argue with them and being on a pension does not allow me the luxury of buying another one.

I recently purchased an Asko Cooktop from the Good Guys at Erina. The cooktop started to tarnish and discolour from the first time I used it. I contacted Asko and also sent two emails to the Good Guys at Erina regarding this issue. The Good Guys never responded to my emails. I then spoke to Geoff the Salesman who sold me the cooktop. A long story short. Geoff spoke to the Asko Representative who had been away for 6 weeks and told me the rep would contact me. He never did. After two weeks Geoff contacted me and said the rep said to use a Magic sponge on the cooktop- this didn't work and I rang Geoff back to let him know. Well, Geoff was so rude I couldn't believe his arrogant attitude. He said my issue was with Asko and that I should ring their warranty phone number (which I had previously). I asked him if he could ask the rep to contact me so I could let him know the "Magic Sponge" didn't work. He said "no", ring the warranty phone number. I asked him to pass my message on, he said he may mention it. Talk about bad after Sales service. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with this company and I won't be back. This is the first time I haven't written a review of any business, however I felt I needed to share my bad customer service experience. Buyer beware.
