Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful ... they made the shopping experience a pleasure rather than a chore.

Staff are so beautiful and amazing, had the manager of the store himself come over to help fix me washing machine. Would recommend to everyone this store !!

Went well. Convenient, quick and good service. Although it later turned out that we were sold a second device which wasn't compatible with what we bought, despite being told it was. So we had to return it.

I have been a regular customer at your store for a number of years, and today come in with my daughter because she was looking to purchase a large Rinnai gas heater.

On entering the store no one approached us even though things seemed to be fairly quiet. In the past I have dealt with a delightful lady alled who has always been most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. As I could not immediately see her on the floor, I asked a gentleman who was standing behind the counter with his arms folded if she was working today. I was told she was away on six weeks annual leave, and that was it. No “But is there anything I can help you with?” We wondered around the store with several members of staff walking around or busy doing other things.

Eventually when we found what we were looking for and trying to attract the attention of a staff member a young blonde woman approached, but seemed to have no real knowledge/interest in the heaters capacity etc. She was surly and dismissive (I know it was Monday morning) and when we picked out the largest model on display and asked for a best price she disappeared to check, coming back to us with a $9 reduction on a $1249 product, explaining that because that model is “exclusive" to the Good Guys there was little room for movement with regard to the price. My daughter has since checked price online and can buy the same heater under $1200.

As my daughter and her partner have just purchased their first house, they are in the market for two 55 inch Smart televisions, washing machine, clothes dryer and gas heater. Today we were just looking at the heater as her time was limited. I am sure you can understand that after experiencing a total lack of customer service she has gone elsewhere.

Not bad prices. Service is good considering lack of staff. Not there fault it's management. Didn't buy anything but only as it wasn't in stock

HORRIBLE customer service by phone - if i could give less than 1 star i would.

Have called several times to speak to someone and finally got through only to be told i needed to leave my number and someone would call me back asap...no call back.

Called back later in the afternoon only to be transferred and wait 10 mins for a ringing phone that was never answered. Called back again and the girl that answered told me she would page someone to pick up the phone. Sat on the phone for another 10 minutes waiting and yet again no one answered. Unbelievable!

Good guys Maitland you have lost a customer willing to spend a decent amount of money at your store!

I have been a loyal customer of the good guys for years, but from today onwards I will never spend my money as a shop with such poor service!
I returned my fan today that was only purchased in October 2016 which the blades had stopped working. When I was in the shop it began working a little. Although on number one the whole fan was shaking like it would blow up! But as staff could see "it working" they wouldn't issue a refund. Steve came down was was really rude and disrespectful.
I now have a fan that is of no use to me due to the faulty fan I was given and refused refund on so now I'm off to purchase a new one out of pocket.
Will never shop there again!!!!
