From my phone call to ask for a replacement printer to be put on hold, to the lady at the front desk who patiently searched through the database to find my purchase, to the lady who helped me out to my car with my printer, nothing was ever a problem for the wonderful people whose service is first class. I would recommend anyone to shop here.
