Im very happy with the quality of service and price
In store service is excellent, but they haven't answered their phone in a week. Getting something delivered has been terrible. Had to ring other good guys stores to contact them by phone.
This branch is closing down and I can see why. Absolutely pathetic customer service!
Bought 2 tablets both were faulty told them couldnt care less as soon as they sell u something they dont want to know you product knowledge is pathetic 15 staff walking around like zombies being going to bing lee ever since way much better went again to look at ovens the poor guy had no idea they were supposed to be on sale but the prices were almost twice anywhere else and again went to bing lee and thats where someone should shop sack this hell hole
I was looking online for a price of a TV that I want to buy and to compare them with the other website and I have decided to call Goodguys at rockdate to ask what’s the best price they can give. This guy just told me to come to the store without even telling me if they can offer me a better rate. And so I hang up and called Binglee in Hurstville. And this “goodguy” from Binglee offered me on the phone $20 off the TV + $30.00 Gift card that I can use (which I bought for a small rice cooker). Now that the deal!

Five star rating for Toby at the good guys bankstown. We had an issue with our brand new tv and the good guys concierge and Samsung themself were very unhelpful. Toby called and spoke to Samsung and had them come out to my place and fix the issue on the spot. Toby has offered a 10/10 customer service experience. I am a very happy customer :)
ordered online and the order couldn't be filled. The staff at Rockdale arranged everything and was painless :)
Our fridge died on the 23rd December. 2 days before Christmas. Crisis!
Rang Katina at Good Guys Rockdale. She had the one we wanted in stock. Ran downstairs to hold up the delivery truck. Organised it all over the phone and had our household back to normality within 4 hours. Very good service. Nice lady who actually cared.
Guy was great. Gave me a good discount and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. No fuss.
Reserved a product and paid in advance in store, the staff td me will get stock in in about 2 weeks and will call me and email to notify me.
But i been waiting and waiting for 1 month and 10 days... no call no email. I check their website and this store already have stock in store so i decided to pop in the there and show my invoice and see if they have stock already. And they get the item straight to me and i asked how come i didnt received any call or email to notify me. This staff told me they try to call me couple weeks ago and sounds frustrated...I didnt receive any call but i clearly remember that the staff who served last time told me that even i didnt pick up the call they will email me as well. All the emails that i get is the newsletters.
Over $550 value of the product just one attempt call?? seriously ? Thats not the right customer service from such a big company.
At the end, they dont provide me a bag to put my item, lucky i brought a bag with me else I wouldn't want to carry the product value over $550 on my bare hand. For this circumstance, its not about saving environment not to use plastic bag, its to cover and camouflage my item not to be seen by other people. People could easily push me, grab it and run away.
Bad attitude, no apologize and bad service. Very disappointed experience.
