The Good Guys Tuggerah

Another successful shop for items at The Goodguys Tuggerah. The staff are knowledgeable of their products and they are prepared to move on the price. Great!!!

The good guys tuggerah don't do exchange for not function well products, so choose carefully, do test before you take it home. Not recommend this store to my friends.

Bad and rude service with stupid mistakes. The staff there don't care about customers after purchase. They simply said "it was not me who served you, so I don't know what happened".

My experience with the the staff and store was excellent. Good products at great prices and exceptional customer service.

The sales manager is a cracking fella.

Bought a cooktop at Good Guys online, and then saw a few days later that the same item was $200 less online. I went into the Tuggerah store and they agreed to price match and refunded the difference. Thanks for excellent customer service!

Stood in this store for 19 minutes looking to purchase an iron. In that time not one person even acknowledged me. I could understand if they were busy but I just don't think they thought the commission on an iron was worth stopping their conversation. The irons were all mixed around, if there was one on display there were none in boxes below. The ones in boxes below were not on the shelves and there were only prices for 50% of the stock. I stood there on my phone looking up prices on the Good Guys website. I ended up giving up and took my money elsewhere. Next time when looking at a larger purchase, I wont be going to the Good Guys Tuggerah.

Very busy store. In fact so busy they don't have the time to help you. You just sit there waiting while staff ignore you. When you call them on the phone wanting something they transfer you to a department and you sit on hold forever.
I'd imagine you get a good deal if you buy something. If you can get to that stage!

Tried to contact the Tuggerah store .The reception put me through to the department four times no answer each time .How long do they think you will wait on.Very poor service no apology just "hang on I will put you through again " No thanks I will take my business elsewhere thank you .
