The Good Guys Warrawong

Wanted to buy a microwave. Found the sale's women to be abrupt and not very helpful. Now going to buy elsewhere.

The absolute worst retail store I have been into in the last ten years. ZERO service. I was walking around looking for someone to help for 40mins! The last time it took 30 mins and they didn't have a clue what they were talking about that time. Totally invisible to staff. No wonder there was only one other customer in the entire store. Will be complaining to head office.

We all have had a good experience shopping at the Good guys. On this occasion Mathew was very helpful with our buying a new dishwasher.

It is absolutely ridiculous. They said they will refund the unit if you are not 100% happy with it. But once they got the money. They don't care any more. I got the gas heater literally last weekend and now they push me away and to contact the manufacturer myself. They won't help you to raise a service call for god sake. This one goes to fair trading.

Unbelievable, we bought 2 fit bit atla's here about 2 months ago that we're supposed to be delivered within a week . We are still waiting, we ring and can never get through to the relevant section so they take our name and number and they don't return our calls. Pretty much they just don't really care. If your looking for good customer service then don't go here. Pathetic!

Great prices. ...wonderful support of local community and top program that offers cheap fridges and tvs to those who would otherwise struggle to afford them...well done! You really are...'The Good Guys' :)

A terrible experience where they claim to price match and despite literature to that effect, the staff just refuse. the Good Guys are just not that 'Good' after all
