filthy run down hole . we stayed in a cabin , my wife was showering so i went to the communal toilets ,,,, filthiest you'll ever see ! broken toilets leaking waste all over the floor , decaying chip board doors and shower units your scared to touch and the doors wont close , honestly you'd feel cleaner before showering .beware , if your on the couch or in bed , your sharing both with big cockroaches that will wake you as they crawl over your face ...utter dump and the staff should be really embarresed . dont go there !!!!!!!!!

Yep, I think these other comments are pretty accurate. We had work in the Shire, and just needed some inexpensive accommodation for a couple of nights. I guess you get what you pay for. Firstly, there was absolutely no problem with the staff member that we dealt with. Very polite. The unit we had was a shocker though. It smelt stale, even though it had been left open for us due to our late arrival. The fly-screen was torn. The outside awning was torn. There was only a cold tap in the unit. If you wanted hot water, you either boiled it yourself or went to the bathrooms. The TV was so small that you needed reading glasses to look at it. The bed was rock-hard, though the sheets and pillow cases were crisp 'n clean. The place may suit travellers who want a short stay and have their own accommodation (campervan). We won't be staying there again.

We stayed here for a night as we had a friends wedding in san souci, i had made the booking in the first week of feb and on arrival was told there was no booking in our name... then it was found they had incorrectly booked for the wrong date, but seeing as no one had booked in on that day it was their mistake i was then told the double delux that i had booked was not available and all booked out and the only cabin they had available was a double bed and three bunk beds. we were two couples after two double beds but had no other choice!!! I was not offered any compensation for their wrong doing only the difference between the cost of the down grade the cabin was dirty the toilet was broken on the inside of the bowl and the water would not stop running which kept us up while trying to sleep even with the door shut.
The next morning we were abused by the cleaner walking to our cabing she yelled abuse and blamed cigarette butt littering all over the road on us i had then told her we used the ash try and thats why it was full if the butts were ours they would be around the grass where we were smoking not on the road????!!! in front of all the other guest she continued to yell and carry on... The other guest had then approched us to comment on how embarresing and unprofesional the cleaner was dealing with the situation. Everyone(young, old,caravanners and motorhomers) we had spoke with that morning had nothing but bad remarks on the hospitality offered at the tourist park.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT...
