The Warringah Rugby Club is proud to introduce The Green & White Academy!
The first professional rugby training program of its kind for junior players.

The Green & White Academy is the first of its kind.
Aimed at developing young talent and improving the standard of junior rugby across local clubs in the Northern Beaches as well as Warringah representative teams.
It is a professionally structured 8 week program focusing on all areas of rugby performance. From strength and conditioning, mental skills training, nutrition to position specific coaching. With teaching from our 1st grade Warringah Rats players you will gain the skills you need to become a successful rugby player.
