We sell ready-made, low salicylate foods suitable for people who suffer from salicylate sensitivity, food intolerances, or who follow the RPAH Elimination Diet or Sue Dengate’s FAILSAFE diet.

When I first discovered how salicylates in food can affect behaviour and mood swings, I found the whole idea overwhelming. The range of limited foods I now had to cater with was daunting. Additionally, not many people had even heard of salicylates (let alone pronounce it).

I figured there must be several other people sharing my pain, so I started manufacturing and selling jams and sauces that were low in salicylates and convenient to use.
