Generally ok service depending who you get.

Unfortunately today, when entering through the rear gate I got an ear full (by proximity) of clearly negative comments regarding 'them' (me the customer) referred to. And then again by the same person when walking up the the counter to pay for my goods - you know, that activity that gives the staff employment!

I mean, I understand we the customer are a pain in the arse, but your not supposed to say it out loud so we can hear it!

Great staff have helped me with two different projects based off my very sketchy descriptions.
