The Heritage Terrace Cafe

Pretty average for what you pay.

We were basically harassed to place an order every 2 minutes while we sat down, settled in and had a look at the menu.

Once the meals we ordered came out, a simple request I had made was not met and I had to wait for my food to be tampered with (don't think it was remade) and sent back out to me almost cold.

There are plenty of better choices nearby.

Great food, friendly helpful staff. Yummy food and a perfect coffee.

Absolutely disgusting service, me and my partner are vegetarians, we asked for a particular dish minus the bacon, it came out with bacon anyway. We then asked for it to be sent back and they simply removed the bacon from the dish and re sent it out. We had to ask for it to be sent back again and finally a freshly cooked dish was sent out... Which had hair all through it... I expressed my disgust to the owner and he insisted I pay anyway would never ever go back here as I payed and didn't even eat anything

Been going to this cafe for quite a few year's and i very rarely have any problems. The food is a little pricey but tastes great and for a little cafe it has a very large menu
