A service lady was trying to sort a customers credit card problem. And though she was annoyed at the bank staff over the phone she was very loud and rude which isn't a nice environment to shop in. I don't need to know all that from the other side of
the store. Has a good range of products. Prices seem average to slightly high but good sales items.

Bad customer service, old crusty lady acted like she was too busy & I'm wasting her time whilst being the only one in the store. Had the nerve to throw the bulb on the counter in front of me ( which could have easily smashed ) & then opened it & trailed herself to show its functionality. Lastly has the audacity to make fun of me & laugh about the fact I didn't even know what I wanted with the next lonely customer who waddled into the store.
~ Conclusion, I went next door to Beacon Lighting ! & made my purchase. Amazing selection & happy & knowledgable & helpful staff...

after spending over half an hour trying to get help but not recieving at bunnings for building my own lamp, i decided to goto these guys, the lady that served me was very knowledgeable & down to earth, gave me plenty of options to choose from, and i walked out with all the bits and pieces i needed to create my own lamp, would reccomend
