Booked via Groupon , $88 for two (3 courses and one glass of wine) the restaurant offers the classic of the french “cuisine”. The beef is great and a real pleasure to have a rare cooked meat when you ask for and not medium like often in Australia. Just a little detail but the French baguette on side reminds me the Woolworth one, I would prefer the real crunchy and fresh french baguette.

Definitely recommend the beef tenderloin as main and traditional French seafood soup for entree. Sticky date pudding for dessert was also very good. Fast and friendly service. Check out Groupon for discounted 3 course meals which include drinks. Haven't been to many French restaurants but I see why this is one rated so highly.

No issues with this place. We had escargot, veal, salmon and mixed seafood platter and various deserts. All were cooked well, very tasty and reasonable sized servings. Cost was good for what we had. Actually expected to cost more. Service was friendly and very spacious tables and great location and view. Will be back.

My experience wasn't great in some aspects but they deserve a 5 start. I spent $44 per person via groupon. The choices was abundant. I had always wanted to try escargots and they delivered it so irresistibly tasty. My next meal was veal and chocolate moose which were okay. We had cocktail which came with the order. Overall, I would go again!

I’ve been there twice and had pretty good experiences. I bought a voucher from Groupon yesterday again for celebrating friend’s birthday. I called the restaurant for adding one more person just now. Given the noisy background, I didn’t hear clearly what the guy asked in the other side and then I heard “come on! What’s your name!” I doubt he really took note on my online booking and then he just hang up the phone... really disappointed and angry about his attitude. But still looking forward to the food.

Compared with its price ( bought voucher on Groupon) the food tastes pretty nice. But there are not very large range of food to choose from. The volume is large enough. I think they are better at seafood than steak.

User

Had the three course lunch menu for $39. There are plenty of dishes to choose from. Food is good, not great but for the price it is really good value. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Kids get lunch, desert and a drink for $20.

Impeccable menu and service . Our favourite Restaurant in Sydney. Fantastic location. Not quite silver service , but may as well be. French food at its best. Matt our favourite wait person. 👍👍

Location is an easy walk from Pyrmont Bridge. Excellent food and good service. The restaurant offers 3-course dinner including entree, main and dessert for $62. You may buy voucher from Liven to save.

Beautiful and delicious French Cuisine, the duck breast, beef tenderloin and lamb are all perfectly cooked. Snails are amazing! Been here many times and will be back for more.

User

Food is delicious, environment was not perfect. First time Snail was not impressed. But best Duck Liver so far. Salmon entry was outstanding. Baby meal for kids are quite tastes and healthy. Ice cream for sets are awesome. Ice cream for kid meal is boring.
Really enjoyed there. Worth to go back again.

Really good food at decent prices. The venue was outstandingly beautiful, excellent service by staff. Exquisite food-you can buy a 3 course meal for $60. Nice views of Syndey Harbour can be seen from the upper floor.

Dined with the three course menu for a birthday and the food and atmosphere is great! Service was prompt, charming and professional. I had the Bouillabaisse for entree (nicely seasoned and seafood beautifully cooked), the Veal tenderloin (delicious sauce and perfectly cooked meat) for main, finished off with the Sticky Date pudding (moist and delicious). As a comparison, I'd dined at L'Etoile many years ago which was a pretty average experience apart from it's location. The Little Snail is great.
