I ordered a Farpoint 40 Osprey bag back in March online after having gone in store at Crows Nest and being advised it would be just as easy to have it online as in store. The bag was "at warehouse" and the website stated it would take 10 business days to deliver but what they didn't let you know was that the warehouse actually means overseas at their suppliers warehouse and not in Australia...10 days passed and I received no notice of dispatch or delivery. At first I was told it was delayed due to the Easter break (even though I had ordered well in advance of Easter) but the story kept changing and I was told in May that the bag I had ordered was now out of stock!! It had taken them 6 weeks after I had paid to let me know that they couldn't deliver what I ordered! If this is what they call customer service it's shocking - I should have checked the reviews here before ordering.
