The Mack Group has had extensive experience in the planning of Food and Beverage service facilities, from the very early stages right through to commissioning. We usually work in unison with the architects and space planners and provide assistance with block planning, area scheduling, circulation, general master planning and detailed design of kitchen and bar areas. We have worked on this basis on most of our hospitality, hotel, club, health and educational projects, as we find that the planners require this type of assistance very early in the design process, for the F& B design to be properly integrated into the rest of the building. We normally prepare the design brief and provide early space planning assistance to the architects, followed by detailed design. We also provide assistance during Tendering and Construction.
